Anne Knight Mosaic

Suffragist Anne Knight was a pacifist, Quaker and abolitionist. She started the first women’s political association in Sheffield.

A timeline of dates and events etched into brass plates attached to oak 3D panels is placed between layers of mosaic sedimentary history to create an abstract piece for the foyer of a new student accommodation building. 

The message to students is, one person can make a difference, that person could be you.
