O’wd Shoddy

This is a 6m diameter circular floor mosaic on the theme of mining / the Bevin Boys which I installed in Eureka Park in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. Commissioned by South Derbyshire Council and managed by People Express. The little mice running around the edge were designed and made by Belmont School children.
